Wine Tasting & Vintage Beads

The weather cooperated and last Friday was a wonderful night at the 2nd annual "Art by the Glass" wine tasting and silent auction event benefiting the Make a Wish Foundation of Rhode Island. It was an honor to meet local artist Maxwell Mays and to be surrounded by such beautiful artwork. The musical entertainment provided by their 9th "wish child" Colin really set the mood.

The best part of the evening for me had to be the people. My husband (Steve) and I really enjoyed talking to everyone and meeting some of the wish families...Including Colin's parents. It reminded me to never assume I know anyone's "story" and that it's worth taking the time to listen.

I also want to thank everyone at the Make a Wish Foundation of Rhode Island for including me in their mission. I was glad to be able to use my jewelry to help in some small way, by donating 20% of my sales for the night.

I hope this was just the first of many opportunities to be involved.

Catalog Coming Soon!

Hello all,

After many requests and suggestions...I have decided to start an online catalog for my handmade jewelry and accessories...it should be up and running in the very near future...Yeah!

I am so excited to be able to share all of my one-of-a-kind designs with everyone via the internet.

With this "Blog" (short for web log), I will have the ability to regularly update quantities, share special events and continually post new items.

I hope to be able to include design tips, suggestions or even just a personal message.

To everyone that has requested a catalog...thank you for helping me find this new way of displaying my artwork and communicating my vision of a creative life!

Please feel free to pass along this information to anyone you think might be interested in getting updates on new jewelry and designs available.

To become part of my guest book, you can forward email addresses to me directly at
PVale@cox.net , ...and feel free to check back here.
